The company, with registered head office located in Palma, Spain, is engaged in the construction, maintenance and exploitation of the New Central Fire Station of Palma de Mallorca. With a constructed surface area of 9,000 m2, arranged on three floors and one basement, the new fire station has a main building shaped like an "S" and divided into three wings or sections (south, central and north). The south wing is for emergency use. The central wing, apart from the outside sports facilities, hosts the station's offices, files, meeting room, workshops and parking lot. The north wing accommodates the exhibitions room, museum, events room, library, study rooms, offices and parking lots. The company's activity includes the provision of last-generation and high-technology means and equipment to the Fire-Fighting Service of Palma de Mallorca, in order to increase its versatility and effectiveness in emergency situations. It was incorporated in 2007.
